Remove completely empty new creations

If I create a topic (or category), and I

• leave the name unchanged
• don't enter any data
• and choose not to save when I leave the page

I'd like the thing that I created to be removed.

Because it doesn't I always have a handful of "unnamed" objects that need deleting, and then only way to delete is to use the hammer menu on each one individually (one more vote for multiple selections).

You can right-click on the item in the navigation pane to pull up a menu. On that menu is an option to delete. For the category, you can delete it by using the tools menu in the left pane and select Delete from the menu there.
