Reinstalling 40K files from scratch?

Necros

New member
So, I downloaded the beta test version of whatever is the latest source files from the 40k maintainers site hoping to find tyranid stuff, and I got all kinds of error messages when I tried to load up 40k. Fantasy is working fine. I'm using the latest version of the program.

Anyhoo, I went and redownloaded the official release of the data files which was for space wolves, and it still won't open. it doesn't give crazy errors like before, but i think it said the data file is corrupt or something like that.

So ... any way I can totally remove a game system so that I can just go back and start from scratch? I'm thinking that might fix it...

Each game system is a separate folder within the Armybuilder/data folder on your hard drive - just delete the folder.

Go to the Tools menu and select "Delete Game System". Delete the 40K game system. The use the Updates mechanism to download the official (non-Beta) files again.
