Regarding Legality and Data File Authoring

I tried searching for this answer in a few different places but I couldn't find it addressed anywhere.

I've recently begun authoring data files for a 3rd-party Pathfinder publisher, and have found myself a couple weeks away from release. We have no intention of trying to get the files sold in-app, but what steps (if any) do I need to take to ensure I'm not infringing on LWD when they are put up for sale on OBS, the Paizo store, and the d20pfsrd.com's Open Gaming store?

Thanks,
WU

It would be worth firing a question to support@wolflair.com for their point of view.

However I don't think there are any specific IPR problems with information related to HL itself. I know that other companies have sold HL data files without issue (e.g. frog god games with their Razor Coast campaign).

Thanks! That was where I was going to go if I didn't hear any better ideas. I only recall that the recently-released Spheres of Power had been waiting for something on LWD's for a short while after they were completed - but I don't know the specifics. So I just wanted to drop a line on the forums and see if anyone had any insight.

I think the only legal issue is that you have to have a "Hero Lab" logo and "text" on your product. I know even for the community repository on d20pfsrd I was asked to add the logo.
