Realm Works not seeing update

I'm still working on version 1.0.1025 and I can't log in. When I try to Check for Updates, it tells me Realm Works is up to date. What's going on?

Going back to your actual problem: what does RW tell you when you try to log in?

If you're still having the problem, you should probably email support. We might figure it out on the forums, but if you need to have LWD's help then you might as well get the ball rolling.
