Realm Works Chat

Just being curious, is there some IRC channel or online chat with fellow RW GM's, players and so on?

No, but damn that does sound like a great idea. I do own a teamspeak server, I could password up a channel and dedicate it to RW GM use, as long as it stays that way.

I'm totally up for a RW irc channel. I sit at my home office desk all day. It's nice to have a virtual water cooler, even it's only a few words a day.

I'm from EU but guesing that most people here are from the states - which servers do you use usually? :) In my young days I often connected to Quakenet, nowadays I'm on some rpg channels on EUIrc :)

Hi. I am at work at the moment ill be able to join later ( approx 3 hrs). But hopefully more people will try it out ;) otherwise it might make sense to join a channel that is already existing and had a similar Purpose / group of players. Like some rpg chat

What I'm most excited for in the GM chat is for us to have a chance to share our realms as player views with each other.

I want to see just how terrible I am at using RW effectively vs. someone else here.

Even just player views would let us get a handle on some best practices without the need for content sharing. And, since we all have the GM version, that means we all have the player version and can be invited to join each others realms and get a peek at what others are doing.

Not sharing in the truest sense, but I'm SURE that there are some things that I'm doing that nobody else thought of, or that there's a ton of stuff someone else is doing that I didn't even consider.

I don't think so :)

But I have to say, I liked that chat with a few fellow GM's. So when somebody is there and alive, it's fun. I found the information exchange quite productive :)

I had hoped to be on Monday but the wind storm that took away my power had other ideas.

Hope to get on and see if any around Thursday evening.
