I've noticed there is one army building program for palm os already
out there (pocket forge) and was just wondering when armybuilder
would get a program to export files to a palm device.

I'm not experienced in doing such things, but I would have thought
this would be easier than creating an entire program for palm OS that
makes army lists, so I was surprised that it hadn't been done
already.

I've read in previous posts that someone was going to attempt it. Are
they still doing it? Sorry, I don't know their name.

Thanks,
GW

(I may have already said this before, so forgive me if I'm going over old
ground...)

An Army Builder saved roster includes all the data necessary to output it.
All that's required is for someone to write a program to view a file in
that XML format on a Palm. However, as neither Management nor I actually
own such a Palm, or indeed any kind of pocket computer, we know nothing
about doing such a thing, so it's unfortunately going to have to come from
someone else. Occasionally people have mentioned that they were starting
work on such a thing, but as far as I know it's never come to anything.

The archive of messages in Yahoogroups should be able to help, if you
search it for "Palm" or something similar.

Hope this helps,
