'Re-installed O/S' Now what?

Something happened to my computer (not sure, I didn't fix it myself), but it would freeze whenever I booted it up (the loading screen before the login screen). I got it fixed, but now that I've got it working again, AB says I re-installed my O/S (or something similar), and that I need to click 'Install License'. I can't find an 'Install License,' but none of the other options work, either. I tried activating my license again, but it says I need to wait 120 days. What can I do to get AB working again? Thanks in advance.
