re-assigning my secondary license

I sent an e-mail last saturday about re-assigning my secondary license because i sold my old lappie and bought a new one and haven't recieved a response. The support site said to wait 3 business days and then come to the forums.
 
Did you receive an automated response immediately after sending the message? If not, check your spam folders - the messages may have gotten trapped.
