Sorry to clutter up the forum with a trivial query. Don't if I'm having an issue or not.

Bought some packages and when through the reactivating my licence. It also asked me to fill out a form for some reason. Is that process new, I don't remember having to do that before?

edit...I got a "reassignment" email for some reason. I think I goofed! lol
