Both are US Ravening Hordes files - just done by different authors (Dave Gilbert and myself). Dave and I are combining the files into one set for the UK Ravening Hordes + future army books (just finishing the Empire). These new files should be uploaded within a day or two.

Which are the Real Raving Hoard data files. There is one folder that says Raving Hoard and there is a data file for Raving Hoard under the Warhammer Fantasy.

Thanks,

There is also a difference in the allowable number of Lords in the rulebook...a Lord is allowed below <1999 pts.

How about this one. Anybody else notice the points cost differences between ravening hordes and the main rulebook yet? I'm not sure about the other lists, but compare the two Wood Elf lists. RH - Forest lord is 110 and a Mage lord is 200. Rulebook - Forest lord is 130 and a Mage lord is 140. There's a points difference in glade guard as well. I didnt' check anything else after that because i was just plain let down.

Also, if I wanted to just use a US Ravening Hordes (need a US RH list
for a Campaign at a local store), which file would be best to use?

Thanks,

Jason

fair, I am not a O&G player, so I don't keep close tabs on them.

On a semi-related note, got the EMpire book the other day; got to see why
Special Characters = Lord + Hero choice. One or 2 increased stats (by one ea
stat), 2-3 special rules, including something magical; includes their mode
of transportation, too...

Empire has a Warrior Priest on WH, w/ a ward save, +2 Dispel dice, psycho
mods for a unit he's with, and = to a lvl 4 Warrior Priest
(spell/prayer/power level).
The other guy is the Supreme Patriarch: has a Pegasus, 4th level Metal Mage,
knows ALL those spells; a throwable acid (4+ to wound, no saves), or can
quaff a magic healing potion for himself or the peggi. +3 magic items
(staff, robe, amulet).

>From what I've heard if a unit that IS in RH ISN'T in the Army book,
then that unit no longer exists. ie. I think this is going to
happen to Spider Riders for Orcs & Gobbos.....I've heard they will
NOT be in the Army Book but may show up in a White Dwarf or
something. So when the Orcs & Goblins Army Book comes out, suddenly
there's no such thing as Forest Gobbo Spider Riders.
