Ranger Twin Strike not Working

Ranger's Twin Strike not working, attack is wrong.

Ranger level 6, 18 Dex, Longbow, Weapon Expertise - Bows. Should be a +10 (+3, +4, +2, +1) attack bonus. HL is showing +7 Attack.
The Melee is also not working, Pair of Hand Axes 16 Str Showing attack bonus of +9, should be a +8 (+3, +3, +2).
 
I've found and fixed a bug with ranged weapons and Twin Strikes, so that should be resolved in the next update. For me the Handaxes calculate correctly at +8 - are you sure there wasn't some other feat giving you the extra bonus?
