Is there any way to display the range increment penalties in the stats for ranged weapons? And does the attack modifier for a ranged weapon factor in point-blank shot if the PC has that feat?

Nope.

And does the attack modifier for a ranged weapon factor in point-blank shot if the PC has that feat?

Go to the "In-Play" tab and the feat can be turned on/off.
