Rainbow Servant prestige class from Complete Divine missing?

I've been trying to make a Rainbow Servant and cant find the info. I have Complete Divine checked in the configuration menu. Did this one get skipped? thanks for help

You are correct - that's one of the P-Classes that hasn't been done.

I think Illyahr was working on Complete Divine at one point. Maybe he has something for this.
