Racial Skill Penalty

Still working on my Ironborn race...

I'm not sure how I would go about inflicting a racial skill penalty. Any guidance?

I'd be happy if someone could just point me to a .user file that has already done something similar.
 
First advice would be to find some other Thing (feat, trait, spell adjustment) that gives a penalty to a skill. Then in the editor do a "New (Copy)" on it to see how its script works.

My 2nd piece of advice would go to THIS post and watch those 4 videos as I think allot of info you need to know about will be covered. Especially about how to find the fields and stuff on different Things yourself. Should hopefully make future eval scripts much easier.
