Racial skill bonuses

How do I add racial skill bonuses? The Numeriacal portion. I have the text portion but I cant figure out how to add the numerical bonus portion.

The Same goes for Racial saves.

Can you think of any races that have racial skill bonuses? Have you looked up those races in the editor to see how they handle them?

Also, in the editor, select the help menu from the top to get to the editor manual - Tutorial 8 covers the process of creating a complex race, and the Skills section there includes racial skill bonuses.

By racial saves, do you mean conditional modifiers like a Dwarf's save vs. poison? All-save modifiers like a halfling? Or the base save bonuses derived from Type and HD?

When you say tutorial 8 can you provide an actual link to it if it is on the web site? Some might not know what you are talking about? I know as I have read through it but I have to actually TRY and get back there to review it and try and find it. It is not exactly easy to just navigate to it unless you have it bookmarked
