Racial Hindrances

Does anyone happen to know if a Hindrance bootstrapped in by a Racial Trait will still count against the maximum starting for a PC, and if so, how to tell it not to do this?

Sure, do this at Setup/5000 in the Racial Trait:
#resmax[resHinder] += 1 (or 2 if it's Major)
