Racial Heritage (Aasimar)

With the Racial Heritage feat for humans, there is no option to select the Aasimar race.

Being outsiders, is this a race a human could select as part of their racial heritage?

Aasimar aren't considered humanoids officially just outsiders (the alternate racial trait Scion of Humanity makes them count as both humanoid(human) and outsider(native)). Therefor they wouldn't qualify as an option for that feat.

Don't know what your entire idea is but you might want to consider choosing Aasimar with the alternate racial trait mentioned above for the concept.
