Racial Custom Abilities Overspent?

I switched a character I'm working on from a Human to a Half-Elf and adjusted everything accordingly, but now I have a warning: "Racial Custom Abilities: Resource Overspent: 1 of 0" Any idea how I fix this? Or do I need to copy everything onto a new character and not switch the race around after I've already been mucking around with him for a while?
 
You probably added an ethnicity while he was human, switch back to Human, delete the ethnicity, and then switch back to the Half Elf race.
