Races specific rules pop-up

I noticed that in AB2 armylist a window pops up when a new roster is created, showing a summary of the specific rules of the race you have selected.

Is there a way to implement this in AB3 too?

I noticed that the Ogre list has the pop up but I don't think any other race does. Perhaps this is a work in progress thing...

in the output notes such things are described. surely you dont need them when you create the army? you should already know what the rules for the race are
