Race option for System Neutral game system?

This may be a dumb question, but I can't seem to find the "Race" option for Individuals when using the System Neutral game system. :confused:

It appears just fine under every other kind of game system under the "Overview" section. When I try to add it by clicking on the "Add a snippet to this section" button, I can't find the race option where I'd expect to find it either (under Types for this Section and under More -> All Types for Category).

The race tag domain does not exist in the system neutral game system realm. So you cannot initially add a snippet that lets you choose tags from it. You can create a tag domain called Race if you need it.
