I just started using Hero Lab for PF and have a couple of questions.

1 - I need to change the advancement rate on my character from medium to slow. How do I do that?
2 - We don't use armor penalties or max dexterity modifier limits for armor. Is there a way to delete those things from my character?

In the Configure Hero screen, a lot of options are down toward the bottom, after/under the various books you can turn on. The advancement speed is set there (per-character, but you can also save these settings as defaults from that screen).

I don't remember one, but in the worst case you can give your character untyped adjustments as needed to offset the penalties.
