Questions concerning Black Templar point values on wargear.

When selecting wargear for an HQ choice (Marshal, Castellan, Master of Sanctity or Reclusiarch), there is no point value for Terminator Armour, is this wrong or do they get this wargear for free?

Also, there isn't the option to make an HQ a warlord for both Black Templars and Orks.

When in doubt, see your codex. The Army Builder data files are based entirely on what is in the Codex and your Codex will have the complete data you need. If the Codex says a points value, then you pay the points for it.
 
There are some files still in progress of being being updated to six edition. I Suggest you go to our website and check the bug tracker to see if someone already posted the bugs you are experiencing... Thanks!!!!
