Questions about custom arrows, feat problem.

So I'm setting up a pixie rogue for a western styled campaign. I have the Cheese Weasel User Content added.
I'm having three issues
1. Is is possible to make the pixie custom arrows, and if so how do I make them show up in play?
2. I want to take the quick draw feat, but even though I have a +1 attack bonus Hero Lab won't allow me to take it.
3. Is there a way to make scrolls show up on the in-play menu? If not, is it just recommended to delete them when used?

Thanks in advance, I'm still pretty new at D&D and this program is amazing.

1 - You'd probably be able to make pixie arrows fairly simply in the editor. Either as a specific magic item, or as an item power that only applies to arrows.

2 - Are you sure you have a Base attack bonus of +1? HL shows an "Attack bonus" in the summary panel which includes the size modifier, and as a pixie that's probably going to bump you over +1.

3 - Since scrolls can contain more than 1 spell, they'd be difficult to show on the In-Play tab. Instead, delete each spell as it is cast from the scroll, or, if that's the only spell on the scroll, delete the scroll itself.
