Question regarding release of license.

Roughly how long does it take for the company to return an email requesting that a license be released for installation on a different hard drive?

I sent the email about a week ago after buying a new hard drive (the one with the ArmyBuilder install crapped out on me) and I've yet to hear anything from Lone Wolf.

Thanks for your help.
 
Would it just be easier to contact them via telephone?

I don't mind a small long distance bill if it means I can print stuff for the tournament this weekend.
 
Have you tried the automatic licence transfer? I've had to move AB twice (over two years) now and licence activation has never taken more than about a minute via the menu in AB itself....
 
The response to emails sent to support@wolflair.com typically takes 24-48 hours. If you sent your email to a different address, then we'll usually find them, but it often takes a week or more before we randomly check the old addresses that should *not* be getting used.

This response time applies to questions that Nancy can handle, which includes such things are having the reassignment waiting period waived. If you have something more technical that requires Colen or I to look at it, then it typically takes the better part of a week for us to get back to you. And if we're buried with getting a release out, or I do something like screw up my email filters, it can sometimes take longer.
