Question on new natural attack fields

Question on bootstrapping natural attacks with the new field and tags available in v12.3.

Should will still bootstrap a natural attack with the Value.? tag for the number of attacks, or put the value in the new wBaseNumAt field?
 
For natural attacks with a RaceHands tag (like claws), you don't need to apply a value tag if the number of default attacks is the same as the number of hands on the race. For other attacks, you can either bootstrap it with a Value tag or set the wBaseNumAt field directly.
