question for "writers" (as opposed to GMs)

I love realms works for gaming. its awesome. I know some writers use it... I currently use scrivener for my writing projects, but im curious, if you guys use realms works for it (I know some of you do), do use it just for organization, or do you also use it for eventual drafts?

(double data entry is my biggest concern from leaivng scrivener for realms works when it comes to writing projects, but i love the idea of being able to quickly remind myself what character knows what when player accounts are done)
 
Organization only, and I'm keeping myself distant from even that while we wait for features to sort out.

I haven't been very happy with any special software so far, but I haven't tried too many yet. (For example, I haven't tried Scrivener. I hear it's very different on Mac and Windows, and I'm a Windows guy.)
 
didnt know it was that different on windows (I know its a version or two behind) (i use both mac and windows, and i planned to get the windows version also , so i can store on a cloud drive and work anywhere...will be interesting to find out.
 
It's hard to make recommendations as everyone works differently, but I consider using RW for my writing projects as well, both for some creative motivation (only having forms to fill out for characters, places, and everything helps sometimes) and keeping track of complex settings.

However, I for example don't like plotting too much, so this might be the wrong tool for the wrong person, while others might profit a lot more from using it.

Regarding Scrivener for Windows/Mac: Don't even get me started...
 
I use Scrivener I really like it for fleshing out ideas for stories. Of course I am doing a bit of non-gaming writing with it as well.

The corkboard feature was a great help before this came out and I still find myself going back to it when brainstorming my campaign world.
 
I'm using it for organising the whole world the story is set in a historical perspective. I'm planning to use it to help me organise the plots and so on, but I don't think I'll be writing anything in it unless in the future the exporting/printing functions are fairly good.
 
This isn't exactly what was asked, but when I showed one of my players the GM version of Realm Works, he was excited to use it for his personal historical studies (he studies the political relationships of countries), and how he could use it to sort out what books he's read, what information came from where, etc.
