Question and a Tip :Formula Books

I used the pre-generated Paizo character Fumbus and looked at his formula book. The notes had a list of the formulas he knew.

I hadn't thought to use the Notes field in this way, I was just adding formulas as Gear and was mad that Formula Books were not containers that held Formula. So that's the Tip.

But if people are expected to use the Notes field in this way, how big is this field? I may have 100 formulas (doubtful).
