Question about SPC2

I won't pester anyone about when this is coming out, so don't worry about that. :D

I was wondering, though, how it will be handled for purchase.

I already have the original SPC file, so will I have to purchase the SPC2 file separately, or will it be automatically included upon release?

Or is it too early to even consider such things yet?
