Question about PU Weapon and Armor Attunement

It's very possible that I'm not seeing something, but when I create an unchained character using Auto Bonus Progression, it has all the information there but doesn't ever add the enhancements to the character's attack or AC. I have done the daily attunement for both armor and weapon but nothing changes.

Any pointers?
