Question about creating special items from Society sessions

Greetings to all,

Please excuse what might be a dumb question, but my wife and I are recent members of the Pathfinder Society and to Hero Lab (Which is truly an excellent product. I wish I had something like this back in the 80's). This concludes the kissing up part of the post.

What we are trying to figure out is how to add or create a special item from one of our Pathfinder Society sessions. The item is called an Average Snowbloom. The description is as follows:

"When given as a gift to a native of the Lands of the Linnorn Kings with a starting attitude of indifference or better, this rare flower grants you a +2 circumstance bonus on one Bluff or Diplomacy check against that person. Alternatively, when shown to a native of Irrisen, the flower grants a +2 circumstance bonus on Intimidate checks made against that target."

What is the best way to handle this using Hero Lab?

-Custom Gear- near the top of the gear tab. That let's you record that you have it and pay the correct price for it. When you use it, delete it from your character sheet.

That was the obvious answer. That is what we needed, someone to point at the obvious for the blind person.
