Question about Complications/Motivations

where in the program can I create this, or is there a spot for it? Am I missing it, or is it not in the program? (yes I have the new upgraded 3.0, with purchased lisc for mnm2e)
 
Since Complications and Motivations don't have any points costs, you should just enter them under "Background Details" on the Personal tab.
