purchased pack, cannot access spells

I have been using Hero Lab>Pathfinder for several months. I am trying to gain access to a specific spell: "Enemy's Heart," for my PC. The source for this spell is the Pathfinder "Advanced Race Guide." Through Hero Lab, I purchased the Pathfinder RPG Advanced Race Guide pack. However, after downloading and Reactivating my license, the spell I am seeking is still not listed.

Any guidance you can provide would be appreciated.

Did you make sure to check the ARG under the sources list?

Yes, newly purchased sources need to be activated on existing characters under Configure Hero (Ctrl-k).
