Hi, i'm an italian customer with poor english skills, so forgive my lack of language.

Actualy i've a big problem with the purchase of a digital copy of herolab from your website. Although I am an visa electron rechargeable credit card's owner, and despite the fact that my card have a triple number security code, i can't buy nothing from your store. I don't want to use the mail order form, mainly because of times question. So, how can buy a digital copy of this product?
what can i do?

They are just getting back from Gencon, so you might give them a little time, to get back in the groove of things, I don't think they have had much time to check the boards, while at the Con. I'm sure once they have they will get back to answering the forums. You might want to email customer service to get that answer.

But hang in there my friend and wolflair will get back to you, they are very good at answering questions.
