I went to add some licenses to my Hero Lab so I can fine tune a character as Wild Card Creator was failing me.
The store charged my credit card, locked up for a bit, then charged my credit card a second time. Followed by returning an error that my card could not be processed.
The duplicate charges are showing on my card, but the license was never sent/updated with the additional packages. Is this a common occurrence or have you guys seen this before? I submitted to tech support but they are saying up to three days for a response, all the while I am out $65 and without even a character maker to show for it.
