Purchase Army Builder and have problem.

Dear Lonewolf Development,

Hi, i'm Chupong Pongchotiwat from Thailand. I have purchase your product "Army Builder" for 39.99$ on 27th June 2010 and i fill all information you need to fullfill. Anyways, when i finish information about credit card and click to purchase. Your website show me that some of my information is invalid then i decide to close website (My Card Type is Bangkok Bank Debit). But when i check money in account with bank from mobile. it's show that my money already spend. so, please check about if money came from my paypal account (with my name) or directly from Bangkok Bank Account to your company. And please resolve my problem by refund or sending License if purchasing is has been made.

I believe you've been bitten by a classic problem with *debit* cards and the way banks handle them differently from *credit* cards. :-(

I just double-checked our system and confirmed that we did *NOT* take any money from your account. An error occurred during the transaction, which was then automatically voided out by our server.

This problem has occurred for a few other customers, and I've explained how it occurs in another thread. The thread can be accessed via the link below. Please see post #4 in that thread for the explanation.
