Psionic Question

Apologies in advance for the question. I'm currently working on a Psion build (DSP), and while the selected powers show up in the listing, I can't find the powers as an adjustment. Example, Metamorphosis is listed under Psionic Powers, but I can't find it in the adjustments to make changes for ability scores. It's a similar problem for both PC and iPad versions. Am I missing something?
