Is it possible to control a profile's visibility using a global tag such that it will appear and disappear based on the presence of the tag?

In my initial testing, it seemed that the tag expression in Active is only evaluated at startup. Making the profile Dynamic did not change that behavior.

If it is not possible to do this, is there any way to do something similar?
