Production and Beta Server Down?

Is anyone else experiencing issues with the production server not opening characters? Starting a little after 10 PM Eastern 10/15/2018. I've submitted a bug report.

Just checked and I can open characters (Pathfinder Playtest) on both the production and beta servers. It does take a couple of minutes before it's ready to open them, though.
 
After much network troubleshooting and clearing of caches. I can access all other websites with no problems, even the forum loads quick. But, both servers take a long time to load and will not load my characters from the character select screen. I am using Starfinder.

UPDATE:

I just tested a PF2 character and I am able to load the character on the production and beta servers, seems to only be affecting Starfinder.

UPDATE 2

The PF2 characters crashed after a minute or so.
 
I opened HLO on my iPad in Safari and my SF character loaded. I was then able to load my SF character in Firefox on my desktop. Both loaded slow but have not crashed after being open for a few minutes. Strange behavior has me stumped. :confused:
