Product Key help

I've recently purchased a copy of Army Builder under the information that I can use it without internet access. My windows at home doesn't have internet, and your FAQ says I can activate Army Builder via floppy or flashdrive by carrying the information over from an internet enabled computer to one without online connection, how is this done?

You'll find basic information on this process in the User Manual. The process is initiated by going to the License menu and selecting the option to perform a "Manual" license activation. The wizard should walk you through the process.

I've done everythig the wizard told me to do, and when I click import file, the option for key does not come up because it's not a (*.ab) file.

You are never told to use the "import" mechanism for manual license activation. At the completion of the wizard, you are instructed to save the generated file onto a memory stick or other persistent storage. On the computer with an internet connection, you are told to launch your web browser, then go to "www.lonewolfdevel.com". On that site, there is a link to manually activate your license. When there, you specify the file that is on the memory stick and the server shows you a page containing the keyfile you need. You click the link and save that keyfile onto the memory stick. Then you take the memory stick back to the original computer and *copy* the keyfile into the proper location. After that, you're good to go.

I have no idea why you are trying to use the "import" mechanism. Consequently, I don't even know where in the overall process you are getting confused. You should simply be copying one file from the computer onto the memory stick, then saving a second file onto the memory stick, and lastly copying that second file into place on the original computer. You'll need to provide me with additional details in order to help you with this further.
