Problems With Tomb of Horrors Complete Package

I just purchased the Tomb of Horrors Complete package and I have had several issues since activating it.

Something likely of relevance is the fact that I have the Rappan Athuk package that I received as part of the Kickstarted for the Rappan Athuk Kickstarted.

When I load up Hero Lab since activating the ToHC package, I get the following error screen:

"The data files could not be loaded due to errors. Hero Lab will now attempt to load them in recovery mode. Once loaded, you can access the editor as normal to correct any errors.

The following errors occured:

File: FrogGodGames_Sources.1st (line 4) - Source - Duplicate record encountered ('pFrogGod')
File: FrogGodGames_Sources.1st (line 12) - Source - Duplicate record encountered ('pFGGMonst')
File: FrogGodGames_Sources.1st (line 37) - Source - Duplicate record encountered ('bTomeHorr')"

After this point, I cannot open any Rappan Athuk files, I get many errors about missing sources, pick missing, chain pick missing, etc.

I'm at a loss as to what to do at this point. I would like to keep both packages, but I would like to start by getting rid of all of these errors on startup.
