Problems with Double Descriptive Text

Has anyone else experienced issues when making new abilties or replacing existing ones, where if you use either the Replace Thing Id field, or use the Append Reference Information option, the description either shows the itself twice, adds information from completely unrelated abilities, or does both?

I've had it happen a few times and I've already reported the issue, but I'm curious whether other people have also experienced it.
