Problem with Syncing in Player Edition

Hi!

One of my players is trying to sync with our realm but she's not succeeding in this..

- I manually synced the Realm.. It is up to date (says so in my login screen)

- She tries to sync and presses the 'sync' option in the login screen.. It syncs for about 6 seconds and then it pops back to the login screen and says 'sync not succesful'.. Status is still not synced! The synch button is still clickable..

- If she tries syncing again it just repeats what happened before..

- If she chooses the option 'load realm without syncing' the Realm is just empty because this is her first time syncing..

- I looked this up on the forums and found that deleting the backups might work so she deleted them all and tried syncing again but no dice..

Any suggestions at all what to do?

We fixed it: we completely reinstalled RW and deleted all the folders.. (not master.realm) and that seemed to work! :)
