Problem with portraits, no permission for files...

Hi all, i have a problem with my herolab. When i try to pick a picture for my chracter (portfolio) an error message appears to me and says : you haven't permission to open this file.

Only occurs with herolab, no other software...i though that was my windows 7 ultimate, but seems other thing...

Plz can you help me?
 
I just made a character and added a profile pic just fine.

Where is the image located? How did you get it to your hard drive? Was it downloaded? Or maybe copied from a thumb drive? I have seen issues when a file comes from a thumb drive.
