Problem With My Natural Armor

So I'm building this Captain America based character and I notice that my AC is 57, which sounds great, but I can't figure out why he has a Natural Armor bonus of 33. I've looked through everything and I don't know where its coming from. I did an AC penalty adjustment but it messes with his Touch AC to such an extant that poking him really lightly would be a critical hit. Any advice?
