Problem with missing content after upgrade to 3.9

The snapshot shows I am missing some files. The extra content from d20PFSRD is fine. I will add those back. The problem is that I am missing all the stuff for my Witch. Anyone know what pack those are in and how to fix the problem? Should I re-install the program?

Maybe that's my problem - I'm not getting any errors, but it looks like there are almost no real spells in my version for the witch, after buying APG, Core, and UMagic...in another thread I thought maybe this was because LW was releasing incomplete data, but maybe it's just a bug...I just know that I only have about ten 1st level spells available for a 2nd level witch.
