Problem with installation

I purchased this product on line and saved it to my computer. When I tried to run the program I received this message:

"Could not initialize installation. File size expected = 3238397, size returned = 224365."
At first, I thought I didn't have enough memory, so I used my maitenance program and freed up tons of memory, but I still get this message.


Can anyone think of a way to solve this issue?
 
Sounds like a download error - it was supposed to download a 3.2 Mb program, it downloaded 0.2 Mb. Try the process again is all I can suggest.
 
I'm getting exactaly the same problem.
I brought the licence and when i went to down load it from the site, i end up with "Could not initialize installation. File size expected = 3238397, size returned = 224365."
I have tried several times to re-download it, but i keep getting the same problem.

HELP!!!!
