Problem w/ Herolab on Ipad

I installed the 10.16 update and reactivated my license and now all of my user entered material is gone. How do I fix this, I seems to me that the program is stuck in demo mode.
 
Even in Demo/Free mode custom stuff will load. So are you getting an error message when you try and go into a character? If so something in your custom user files are clashing and HL will fall into safe mode.

You can copy the error messages on the iPad by holding down your finger on the window and selecting copy.

Custom races not showing up on the background all other custom material showing up.

If your getting "some" of your custom stuff then I would check to make sure you have any custom "Sources" checked marked. The other thing is could the user files that hold your Races not got included in the .hl file you created?

Those are the two that come to mind. I can't think of anything else and my custom races for my game are showing on the iPad.. hmmmm... LOL You do seem to get interesting issues. :)
