All editions Problem launching shadowrun files

I've put in a support ticket for the problem, but thought that I might see if anyone else has had this problem (probably should have done this first, but I had a case of the dumb).

After I updated to v.7 and purchased the data packages for SR5, I have been unable to launch either 4th or 5th edition, getting repeat instances of the message

Portal 'container' - Bitmap file could not be loaded c:\program files(x86)\hero lab\product\builtin\container.bmp

It then tries to load the file in recovery mode, and gives met he same message before returning me to the "select game system" menu.

I have checked, and the .bmp file is still there and I don't have this problem with Pathfinder or Mutants & Masterminds, only the two Shadowrun systems and FATE.

If anybody else has experienced something similar, I'd love to know. Thanks.
 
Have you tried redownloading and installing the file again? Sounds like something may have not installed right from the initial hl install of the system.
