Problem during Installation.

I purchased this product on line and saved it to my computer. When I tried to run the program I received this message:

"Could not initialize installation. File size expected = 3238397, size returned = 224365."
At first, I thought I didn't have enough memory, so I used my maintenance program and freed up tons of memory, but I still get this message. I also made sure that my security programs were disabled, so I'm sure that isn't the problem.


Can anyone think of a way to solve this issue?

This error message indicates that your computer aborted the product download prematurely. The file size is only 200KB when it's supposed to be 3.2MB. Please download the file again and it should work correctly.
