I just installed a samsung 2950 b/w laser printer and now I can no longer print any of the custom output character sheets. I have no problem with the standard character sheets. Does anyone have any idea what might be causeiing this to happen?
 
So a custom sheet correctly displays in your web browser but the Web Browser is failing to print it? If so the issue is in your web browser. :(

Or do you mean HL will non longer produce the Custom Sheets and open your web browser?
 
Does *any* web page print from the web browser?

Not a real solution, but one possible work-around might be to 'print' the custom sheet page to PDF from the web browser, and then print the PDF document normally. There are various free utilities that allow you to print to PDF.
